What is Knowledge?
Knowledge is a piece or set of instructions that equips a person to differentiate between right and wrong.
Modes of Material Nature
Characteristics: Associated with purity, knowledge, and harmony. It brings a sense of calmness and balance.
Effects: Promotes positive qualities such as wisdom, understanding, and spiritual insight.
Symbol: Often represented by the color white.
Characteristics: Linked with activity, energy, and change. It drives ambition, desire, and movement.
Effects: Can lead to both positive outcomes like motivation and negative outcomes like restlessness and attachment.
Symbol: Typically associated with the color red.
Characteristics: Connected to darkness, inertia, and ignorance. It is the mode of inactivity and confusion.
Effects: Leads to negative qualities such as fear, laziness, delusion, and destructiveness.
Symbol: Often represented by the color black.
These three modes influence all living beings and their actions. The goal in many spiritual practices is to transcend these modes to achieve liberation (Moksha) and connect with the divine.

Samskara: Impression of habits. It can be either good or bad.
What is truth?
The thing that remains the same all the time.
To stay happy one should associate with, that is certain.
What is certain?
Birth->Death ,etc.
Some questions, one should ask oneself:
Who am I? (I am a pure consciousness (Sudha Chetna) , Element (tattva): Truth, eternity and Bliss )
What is this world?
What is the goal of Human life? Why am I?
To whom do I belong?
