Rules of Dojo
Stay in Discipline
Think thrice before you speak. ( Raise your hand)
Be in Uniform (GI) appropriately. (NF/WKF Approved )
Greet everyone while entering the dojo, exiting the dojo, or wherever you meet.
Practice with assigned/own equipment.
Respect everyone and everything around you.
Remember always, you came to learn. So, stay humble. (Deductive way of Learning)
Kindly bring your water bottle, Lunchbox, & Exercise towel
There are only two relationships in Karate form Martial-Arts: Master and Disciple (Nothing other).
Usage of anti-doping drugs is strictly prohibited,if there is a medical emergency (kindly show consultation or prescription receipt ).
Key Principles:
Respect: Treat all with respect, regardless of their level of advancement.
Humility: Approach all interactions with humility and a willingness to learn.
Patience: Be patient with those who are struggling, and offer them your support and encouragement.
Service:
Dealings with Master, Senior,Co-Mate/Junior as follows:
Master/ Senior (They are characterized by their purity, knowledge, and ability to serve others with compassion and understanding. )
Approach them with reverence and respect, seeking their guidance and learning from their experience. Serve them with humility and a sincere desire to learn.
Co-Practicemate/ Equal Level (They are characterized by their sincerity, compassion, and willingness to learn. )
Treat them with kindness and encouragement, offering your support and guidance as needed. Be a friend and a helpful companion on their path.
Junior/ Begginer (They are characterized by their eagerness to learn and their willingness to follow the guidance of more experienced practicnors)
Be patient and understanding with them, offering guidance and encouragement. Help them to develop a strong foundation in Martial-art skills and high human moral and ethical values, and celebrate their progress.
Mandates for student's Mother, Father, Guardian, Parents, take-carer, etc.

How will we be helping you ? Association , Meditation ( Chan or Astanga ) ,Course-practice, Diet ,Discipline.
What to Eat? Kha : Green Vegetables, Milk products, Roti, Grams( Chana, Moongs, Peanuts) , Pulses, Fruits.
What not to Eat ? Na : Non-Veg, Oily Foods , Avoid onion and Garlic
How to become a master? Tolerate the urges of the tongue in speaking and eating , mind's demand,actions of Anger, and Genitals.
NOI:1 . A sober person who can tolerate the urge to speak, the mind’s demands, the actions of anger and the urges of the tongue, belly and genitals is qualified to make disciples all over the world.
Basic outcome: Physically Fit, Mentally Sound, and Spiritually Elevated.
Tournament Outcome: Depends upon the student's Eagerness whether he/she wants to play above National Level or Not.
