The eligibility and stages of Examination are given below:

E.1- Skill and Knowledge Test (40 marks)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and spiritually balanced Karate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate must not only be proficient in martial arts but also embody the values of discipline, self-control, and holistic well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging training sessions tailored to all age groups and skill levels, adhering to WKF and Olympic training standards.

• Foster discipline, respect, and self-control in students through exemplary personal conduct and advanced teaching methods.

• Teach techniques, katas, sparring, and self-defense while maintaining a safe and effective training environment.

• Mentor students on achieving mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual fitness.

• Adapt teaching techniques to suit the individual needs of diverse learners.

• Prepare students for competitions, grading exams, and public demonstrations.

• Incorporate principles of self-restraint and holistic growth as outlined in the Nectar of Instruction (First Verse).

Qualifications:

• Minimum belt level of Black belt 2nd Dan (Nidan) or higher, with advanced karate training experience.

• Mastery in controlling the senses and demonstrating exemplary self-discipline.

• Mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially fit, with a spiritually uplifted demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with learners of all backgrounds.

• A genuine passion for teaching and promoting health, fitness, and personal growth.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with modern sports psychology, video-based learning, or biomechanics for enhancing training outcomes.

• Experience in preparing students for international tournaments or Olympic-level competitions.

This is a full-time role for the Chief Executive Officer of Karate Academy. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing finance, business planning, strategic planning, and sales. This role includes both in-office responsibilities in Guwahati and the flexibility to work from home when necessary, making it a hybrid position.
